Legal Services

Our responsiveness and Client service remains critical to the firm's success.  We strive to provide a level of service to each Client that demonstrates our knowledge, experience, problem-solving capabilities, care and good business sense. These skills provide a valuable assistance to our Clients by minimizing risks and capitalizing on opportunities.  Our representative Clients include national and regional real estate developers, contractors, design professionals, financial institutions, title insurance companies, individuals and businesses with real estate challenges, projects or transactions.

There are few real estate and land use issues specific to our region that we have not previously encountered.  This allows us to more accurately evaluate our Clients' needs and predict and avoid otherwise unforeseen complications.  Occasionally, disputes will arise.  In such circumstances, we work with our Clients to avoid the risks of litigation by ensuring that all options are explored.  However, when litigation is required, we represent our Clients' interests aggressively and diligently.  Each of our attorneys is sensitive to the financial burden, time and emotional toll involved with litigation.  We work with our Clients to define their objectives and develop a sensible strategy for resolving disputes in an expeditious and economically feasible manner.
