The founding member of Pinnacle Real Estate Law Group, Mr. Jones’ practice focuses in the area of complex real estate and land use matters with emphasis on real estate acquisitions and divestures, entitlements and permitting, environmental compliance, financial transactions, residential, commercial and industrial land development and property rights and disputes.  Mr. Jones was a partner with a larger Seattle law firm, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel for a publicly traded timber and real estate development company.  Mr. Jones has practiced real estate and land use law since 1983; He received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

     Since joining Pinnacle Real Estate Law Group as an Associate in 2006, Mr. Pratt’s practice has focused primarily on real estate and land use litigation and transactions.  Mr. Pratt handles a wide variety of matters, including real estate development, commercial and residential leasing, landlord-tenant issues, property disputes, lien issues, title insurance matters, and easements and other agreements.  Mr. Pratt received his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.
